After you apply and our Talent Acquisition Lead has reviewed your application, we’ll get in touch via email to let you know if you’re through to the next round.
Initial chat
This is a 30-minute conversation with our Talent Acquisition Lead. It’s an opportunity for you to ask questions about the role and for us to learn about your experience and interest in Pladia.
Meet the team
Interviews are a chance for both sides to assess fit. You’ll meet team members you’ll work with and participate in 2-3 rounds focused on skills, experience, and values. You may be asked to prepare a case study as part of this stage.
Reference checks
We contact two references to learn more about how you work and how we can best support your success at Pladia.
Decision and offer
If selected as the preferred candidate, you’ll receive a verbal offer followed by a formal offer letter. If you haven’t been successful, you’ll also be notified and provided with some feedback.
